Are you our New Activity Pool committee member?

We are looking for a new volunteer member of the Activity Pool from the student body!

The new member will be responsible with the rest of the committee in reviewing and evaluating applications submitted by student organisations for funding support for their events. The committee meets once a month, and preparation for the meeting requires only reading the applications as well as refreshing up on the criteria. (Dates can be found attached below)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate funding applications from student organisations
- Attend monthly committee meetings to discuss and decide on funding approvals
- Collaborate with fellow committee members to make informed and equitable funding decisions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with student organisations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and make objective decisions

Note: the application deadline is on the 12th of February, and if you are currently working at CBS Students as a volunteer, you cannot apply.
