Extraordinary General Assembly

Dear students of CBS,

You are hereby invited to the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) of CBS Students, Monday at 16:00 6th of February at Kilen KL 1.53. The reason for the call is that President Tomas Vemola has submitted his resignation to the Chairmanship, taking effect the day of this EGA.

Agenda of the EGA:

Elect meeting director.
Elect minutes taker.
Treatment of incoming proposals
- Election of a President
Any other business.

Should a current Board or Management Team member at CBS Students be elected, we would have to elect a new management team member or Board member.

Please bring your student ID to register and vote on the day of the EGA. The event is in-person, with the possibility to attend online

All students at CBS are eligible to run for the position. If you want to run for the position, you are encouraged to make a post on this event describing your reason for running with a photo of yourself. Candidates will be able to run until the moment of voting.

Candidates will be able to give a 5 minute speech maximum, and will take questions from the audience.

Voting procedure and online technicalities will be described at the meeting.
